Each SVG file purchase includes the following files:
-->PNG ... {Clip art used for any and all projects that require transparent backgrounds.}
-->SVG - {Can be uploaded with programs such as Cricut Design Space, Silhouette designer edition, Make the cut, SCAL, Brother Scan N Cut}
--> DXF - {Can be used with Silhouette if do not have designer edition--Always best to use SVG if you have designer edition}
-->EPS...{Can be used in programs such as CorelDRAW and Adobe Illustrator.

Each Embroidery/Applique purchase comes with the following files:

-->Detailed description sheet for each hoop noting thread count, color chart, etc.
{All files come in a zipped folder. Once you "unzip" the folder then you will see the individual files listed above.}
If you want to use the PNG file with a standard printer or transfer paper then please follow the directions given on your transfer paper. You will have to mirror the image when using transfer paper. None of my files come mirrored.

I currently make and sell SEVERAL types of designs: printables, embroidery, SVG/Cut files, etc. PLEASE read the descriptions of the designs carefully as there are NO refunds or exchanges on digital designs. The file type is listed several times, it is located in the title and description. If you are unsure as to which file you need please message me BEFORE purchase. THERE ARE NO REFUNDS IF YOU PURCHASE THE WRONG FILE TYPE.
**You may sell any physical product with my design on them. Small commercial use is acceptable, if you are unsure if you are mass producing feel free to contact me. If you are unsure what my artwork can be used for please see below. As always, feel free to message me with questions.
What Can I use your Artwork For?
You May
- Crop, Rotate, Flip, Resize, Recolor.
- Use for printed products
- Use for digital products as long as the file is flattened form (for example png or jpg) AND in design with another element.
- Products under 500 sales per set.
- Use for logos.

What can I NOT use your artwork for?
YOU MAY NOT
- Share, distribute original files
-Sell as clip art or part of a clip art set in anyway.
-Sell as SVG cut file or digitized embroidery file.
- Claim artwork as your own.
- Use in an obscene manner.
- Layer template where your customer can extract/copy the design.
EXCLUDED USES
- Digital Items that are not Flattened.
- Digitizing for embroidery designs.
- Selling as clip art.
- Selling as cut files.

EMBROIDERY:
All embroidery designs come with instant download and 7 formats. .pes, .xxx, .jef, .exp, .vip, .dst, .hus
**You must have a working knowledge of your embroidery machine and a means to transfer your design to your machine.
**PLEASE NOTE** Some embroidery designs come with multiple sizes and others only come with one size, it is your responsibility to read the design description and be aware of the size you are purchasing. I do NOT offer exchanges if you purchase the wrong size. The size is clearly listed in the title as well as the description.
**Finished sizes and stitch counts are listed on a picture for most designs. IF you come across a design that doesn’t have the info picture, please feel free to contact me and I will get you the information needed.
**IMPORTANT** Due to the large stitchcounts with my designs you need to use the correct amount of stabilizer. Since each machine is different I can't tell you the best stabilizer to use for your particular machine. I prefer to use a good weight cutaway and float a piece of tearaway when necessary. Hooping not floating is highly recommended. My embroidery designs stitch best in the size they are created in. I am NOT responsible for the quality of the stitchout if you resize, alter, or convert it anyway. If you don't stabilize properly you won't have a good stitchout. There are lots of great youtube videos created for each machine that discuss stabilizer.
CUTTING FORMATS:
All cutting files come in SVG, EPS, DXF PDF and PNG formats. You must have working knowledge of your machine and software to use these designs. I am always happy to help and give assistance so please feel free to contact me with any questions.
FEEDBACK: I love seeing all the things you create with my designs, feel free to add your pictures to your reviews. If for any reason you have a problem with a design please contact me, I will always do everything in my ability to fix the problem. I’m human and although I do use testers for my designs, on occasion an error will still slip through.
CUSTOM REQUEST: I do offer custom designs when my to do list allows it. Prices vary depending on design. Please do not ask me to recreate something you have seen from another designer. I have my own designs and respect the work that others put into their designs and will not copy another's work PERIOD.

Can I resale as a digital design?
Absolutely NO. My files are not to be reworked, changed, or sold as any form of a digital design.
Can I sell products with your designs on them?
Yes! Any physical product that you make with my design on it is fine to be sold for commercial or personal use (up to 500 sales). If you plan on selling a quantity of more than 500 please contact me for an extended license.
Is it ok to sell physical product with your design on sites like Jane, Groupdealz, etc?
Yes. As long as you are selling quantity less than 500. If you plan on selling more than 500 please contact me for an extended license.
