Announcement    I'm Back! I'm back and offering some new, exciting items! I've expanded my market to include heat transfer vinyl and sublimation clothing and accessories as well as sticker vinyl decals. Of course, I'm still using and selling my doTerra oils! I'm hoping to be approved to sell doTerra branded clothing and accessories soon! Unfortunately, I'm not currently sewing the bibs and boob cloth I offered before but I'm hoping to be able to offer them again in the future.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Returns and exchange details
Refunds will be issued for defective or incorrect items only. Items must be in original, unused condition. Buyer must contact seller within 3 days of item receipt as noted by tracking info. No cancellations once personalization is approved. No refunds on personalization unless it does not match approved mock up.
Payment
I accept PayPal, Etsy gift cards as well as direct payment through Etsy.
Shipping
Shipping will be via USPS 1st Class or Priority Mail. Ready made products will usually ship same day or next day. Made to order items may take up to 7 days depending on other current orders ... Usually only taking 2-3 days to process. Of course, this all depends on when final custom design is approved by customer. All packages will have Delivery Confirmation included.
Additional policies and FAQs
Customizable orders will have a final draft approval by customer before processing. Custom orders cannot be returned unless the item is incorrect (different than the approved draft) or defective. I will describe the sizing as truly as possible, listing brand and size info so you can compare to your favorite brands.
