I have very simple return and exchanges policy: 100% grantee for all items ready to shipped, custom orders will be refund less 20%.

Israeli customers can pay directly to me in my studio, located in Tel Aviv.

Shipment from ISRAEL takes up to 14 days within Europe and 21 days overseas.
