Unfortunately, there are no refunds on custom orders especially embroidery... Please go over and read the listing before ordering. If you need assistance, i will be more then happy to help before ordering...ALL ITEMS ARE TRIPLE CHECKED BEFORE THEY ARE MAILED OUT....Once the item is in your possession, please let me know immediately if there is something wrong..Once you start using it or maintaining the item and it breaks/rips/or your machine does something to it, etc... I AM NO LONGER RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ITEM... All of my items should be WASHED BY HAND or DRY CLEANED, NEVER THE DRYER...I will need the damaged item back before i can mail anything out...

Most items ship 4-5 days after purchase. Please make sure your address is correct. It will ship to the address YOU state on your invoice. If you would like the items be shipped to another location, please notify me and make sure the address is edited on the invoice. All items are mailed with USPS. Tracking number will be provided and will be in your account to track your package........ ONCE ANY ITEM LEAVES MY OFFICE, I AM NO LONGER RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST PACKAGES WITH THE POST OFFICE.....IF TACKING NUMBER STATES THE PACKAGE HAS BEEN DELIVERED YOU WOULD NEED TO SPEAK TO YOUR DELIVERY PERSON WHERE THEY LEFT YOUR PACKAGAE..PLEASE PURCHASE INSURANCE IF YOU WOULD LIKE.. if the item comes back because of the wrong address and the package is not deliverable, it is the buyers responsibility to pay for shipment to go out again.. If it is my fault, i will ship it out again.. If you would like to purchase insurance, please let me know and i will be glad to help. Buyers are responsible for shipping costs of an item back to me in its original form.. All custom fees are responsibility of the buyer..
