4 out of 5 starsI was slightly disappointed in the quality of the cotton material, I was hoping it would be softer but my kid loves it. The image is fading a bit after a few washes so that is also a damper, but she had a huge smile on her face when she opened it.

Absolutely! The great thing about print on demand is that it allows us to offer flexibility. If you love one of our designs but would like it on a different product, we can find a high-quality supplier and create a draft for you. Check out our Fruits Basket Favourites Collection, which features a variety of products suggested by our customers like the desk mat and the wall art. What is your inspiration for the different mug collections you offer?
Our inspiration comes from a variety of heartwarming sources. For instance, we created a special collection for Autism Month, inspired by a customer’s story of their child's love for manga. We designed wedding gifts with beautiful floral themes based on a couple's favorite flowers and their story of meeting in a garden. Another collection was inspired by a visit to an art gallery, where the delicate watercolor wall art evoked a sense of peace and beauty. Despite these diverse inspirations, all our designs share a common thread: the distinctive manga style and the cute, appealing look that brings joy to our customers.
Can I return or exchange my product?
We offer a 14-day return and exchange period. If you'd like to return an item, please contact us through Etsy messaging, and we’ll be happy to assist. Just a heads-up, buyers are responsible for return postage costs and any loss in value if the item isn’t returned in its original condition.
