Cancellation of an order is only possible before the item ships.
Your purchase will usually ship within 3 non-holiday/business days of receiving payment, unless otherwise noted in the item listing or shop announcement. Our goal is to ship as quickly as possible, many times the same day as purchased.
We are avid recyclers and choose to recycle boxes, cardboard,paper, newspaper and other packing materials as much as possible.
Please let us know if your selection is a gift or you have special concerns, we'll try to accommodate you.
Sending a gift? I will be glad to send your order to a third party, wrapped neatly with a personalized gift message. Please request this option by contacting me through "Message To Seller" when making your purchase.
We cannot be responsible for international orders lost in transit or damaged during shipment, but will assist you in tracking or with insurance claims in any way we can.
If you have not made your purchase within 24 hours of a shipping quote or reserve and we have not heard from you, the item may be relisted. Please contact us if you require more time. We will gladly accommodate you.
Refunds and Exchanges
Non-custom Items in their original condition may be exchanged within 15 days. Please note that shipping is the responsibility of the buyer, for both the exchanged & new items.
Custom orders may not be exchanged. Thank you for understanding!
