thank you for shopping at myminimocs. my sister and i absolutely love making special things for babies. we're committed to creating high quality products for your little one. we specialize in soft sole shoes made from premium vegetable dyed leather, fashionable fabrics and great color combinations. every pair is handmade, pediatrician recommended & machine washable. we are confident that our shoes will and/or surpass quality, styling and durability of the national brands. your satisfaction is our #1 priority so if you have any questions or special requests drop us a convo and we respond A.S.A.P.
*we accept Paypal & all major credit cards
*we accept checks through Paypal - product(s) will not ship until check clears.
*payment must be received within 5 business days of order being placed - if payment is not received we will cancel the order and the item(s) will be relisted.
*orders usually ship winth 72 hours unless otherwise stated in the discription - orders may be delayed based on leather inventory or for baby expo travel days.
(delays are NOT typical)
*you will be notified via an email of estimated delivery if such a delay occurs.
*all items ship via usps and are sent with delivery confirmation.
*if you would like us to email you your tracking number once your order ships just let us know and we'd be happy to do so.
*once a delivery confirmation has been fulfilled by the postoffice we are not responsible for the package.
Refunds and Exchanges
*we will exchange shoes for another size within 7 days from date of delivery if they are unworn.
*shoes must be returned in "LIKE NEW" condition and at the buyers expense
*no exchange or refund on any of our other products.
*if you are sending our products as a gift please let us know and we can include a custom gift card at no additional charge.
