Payment
I accept paypal for payment. Orders will be shipped once paypal has confirmed payment.

Un-paid orders will be cancelled after 48 hours if no contact has been made by the "purchaser."
Shipping
Please allow an addition 1-2 weeks for processing of personalized orders. Items will be sent via USPS (United States Postal Service), 1st class.

If you are in need of an expedited shipping method, please let me know prior to placing your order. Expedited shipping may incure increased fees, depending upon your location and the speed of delivery required.

I am more than willing to ship to your country of origin, but please be aware that the buyer is considered an "importer" and as such, is responsible for the Customs (import) duties and taxes payable in your country.
Refunds and Exchanges
If you are not satisfied with your purchase please contact me. I will accept returns of merchandise within 15 days of you receiving the item. Refunds will be issued upon my receipt of the returned item, and upon the item being un-used, and in resalable condition. Personalized/custom items are not returnable (ie: custom embroidered items). Please let me know if your item has been damaged in the mail, immediately. There will be no additional shipping charges for an exchange of faulty merchandise, but buyers are responsible for the shipping fee of the returned item.
