Shipping
I ship within 48-72 hours of receiving payment unless it's impossible (unlikely); In which case I ship as soon as possible. I combine shipping any time multiple purchases are made. * Requests for Upgraded Shipping will Require a Revision to Applicable Listings to Adjust Cost of Shipping.

* All International Orders are Shipped with Insurance & Tracking

* As a Standard, I Ship USPS First Class with Tracking

* USPS Priority Shipping + Insurance on Orders of $50.00 +

* Upgrade to Priority Upon Request!

* I will ship FEDEX Overnight / 2-day upon request.

Please note that the costs of shipping & insurance have both increased again in the year 2016. The increase in costs on my end are also reflected in my Etsy shop listings.

Additional costs also factored in include labels, printer ink, jewelry boxes, bubble wrap, tape etc. I try to keep shipping costs low & fair. I also buy online & understand that paying to ship is a downer. But! there is NO EXTRA CHARGE in my Esty shop for Additional Items Added within the Same Order.

So, to be perfectly clear on this ~ I am not trying to, nor am I actually making any money on Shipping Charges.
Refunds and Exchanges
Refund/Return Policies

* If you would like to return an item please contact me directly.

* I will always communicate with a respectful & courteous attitude.

* I will treat buyers fair concerning any returns or complaints.

* Items must be Returned in the Same Condition I sent them out.

* Contact should be made within 3-5 days of Buyer Receiving Item.

* Returns can be Traded out, or Exchanged towards other purchase(s).

* I accept Returns and the Buyer is responsible for paying for Return Shipping.

* Returns should be Made OR Shipped within 10 days of Buyer Receiving Item.

* Refunds will be issued (V.I.A. Original Payment Method) in such instances.

* There is a Wait Time when receiving Refunds, up to Seven (7) Business Days.


In General, Returns are Somewhat Tedious, Sometimes Disappointing... & Sometimes Unpleasant (for both parties involved). I Accept Returns Because I'm Sensible & Because it's the Courteous Thing To Do! Exchanges are a Great Idea as Well & can be a Good Alternative.

Return Procedures will Vary Between Inside the United States and Outside the United States.

As Indicated Above & Within the Untied States - Returns Should be Made Or Shipped Within Ten (10) Days of the Date that Item is Delivered (per USPS delivery confirmation status) to the Buyer.

Returns Outside of the United States will Vary on a Case by Case Basis; No Returns Outside of the United States Should Exceed Sixty Five (65) Days Total Turnaround Time.

These are Estimated Standard Operating Guidelines & by No Means Should any Customer of this Etsy Shop Hesitate to Make Direct Contact if a Return is Desired. Above All Else! Happy Buyers = Happy Business.

I create/activate different coupon codes at different times throughout the year. It is important to read the little information associated with a coupon code to avoid possible disappointment.

* Example: I had a code available for FREE SHIPPING on any item with No Greater than $5.00 USD (five dollars) Shipping Associated with it.

If that Code were Applied at Checkout to an Item with Greater than $5.00 USD Shipping... it Would Work! & I would have to Cancel The Order & Notify The Buyer that the Transaction Cannot Be Completed.
