My Shop is Filled with Vintage Items made of Precious Metal. More Silver than Anything because I have an Ongoing Love Affair with Silver.

I Strive to Describe Everything I list Accurately. I Include Discriminating Photos of Any Damage an Item May Have. I Painstakingly Examine, Clean, Polish, Repair, Measure & Weigh Each Piece Personally. I Ensure to Preserve the Integrity of Each Piece Through Proper Care & Storage, I also write Detailed Descriptions.

It's Good for Everyone to take the time to Read a Full Listing Description even when it feels Tedious, this way a Buyer will know Exactly what they are Buying.

I ship within 72 hours of receiving payment unless it's impossible (unlikely); in which case I ship as soon as possible. I combine shipping any time multiple purchases are made, upgraded shipping options are available upon request.

Please note - the costs of shipping are increasing again in 2017. The increase in costs on my end are also reflected in the shipping charges associated with my Etsy shop listings. Nevertheless! NO EXTRA CHARGE in my Etsy shop for Additional Items Added within the Same Order.

I try to keep shipping costs as low & fair as possible without compromising quality (packing/materials) OR security (service reliability/insurance). I too buy online & I understand that paying for shipping is a downer, albeit unavoidable.

Just to be perfectly clear on this ~ I am not trying to, nor am I actually making any money on shipping charges.
Refunds and Exchanges
Don't Worry ~ If you would like to return an item please contact me directly. I will always communicate with a respectful, courteous attitude & I will treat buyers fair concerning any returns OR complaints.

* Items must be Returned in the Same Condition I sent them out

* I accept Returns & the Buyer is Responsible for Return Shipping Costs


* an order is Returned Due to Damage OR an Inaccurate Description, then, Buyer is Not Responsible for ANY Costs

* Returns should be Made OR Shipped within 28 days of Buyer Receiving item

* Refunds will be Issued (V.I.A. Original Payment Method) in such instances

* Possible Refund Delays of up to Seven (7) Days (absolute worst case scenario), Depending on Funds Transfer Availability

Returns are a Tedious Endeavor... the Process can be Disappointing, even Unpleasant (for both parties involved). I really do try to Make Any Returns as Painless as Possible. I Accept Returns Because I'm Sensible & it's the Courteous Thing To Do!

Additional policies and FAQs

* Insurance Claims/Missing Package...
If a parcel is lost/never arrived for an order totalling $50.00 (USD) or more an insurance claim may be filed to recover costs.

If a shipments status is verified/delivered according to the manifest log in association with the shipments label tracking number (delivery confirmation) the shipment will not be considered for reimbursement by the insurance company. The insurance company makes it's determination about claim eligibility based largely on the information associated with the tracking number on a particular shipment/order.

Both seller & buyer must participate & cooperate with the insurance company's protocols/procedures when filing a claim in order to actually obtain reimbursement for any losses sustained.

* Coupon Codes & Use...
I create/activate different coupon codes at different times throughout the year. It's beneficial to read the information associated with a coupon code to avoid possible disappointment.

Example: I had a code available for FREE SHIPPING on any listing with No Greater than $5.00 (USD) Shipping Associated with it. If that Code were Applied at Checkout to listing(s) with Greater than $5.00 USD Shipping... it Would Work! but, I would have to Cancel The Order & Notify Buyer the Transaction Cannot Be Completed.
