If something isn't covered here that you need answers to, please feel free to contact me. Im sorry if it appears I've taken on "an attitude"...I've really not. I love selling online and have met the most wonderful people here that I've remained friends with for years now. I'm very grateful in that aspect. So with that being said, I'm only trying to protect myself in my policy statements.

If Ive listed an item, Ive listed it to the best of my ability to accurately describe each item. I'm not about to sell you an item thats broken or defective...thats a given. Sadly, there seems to be a situation developing against internet sellers....exploitation or harrassment by a buyer in order to be refunded a partial payment. When a seller contacts a buyer and claims a purchased item is defective and that seller offers a 100% refund and the buyer would rather keep the item and receive a 50% refund...its pretty obvious that someone's taking you for a ride....don't you agree? Now..on to a deserving refunds....

If I've not added some serious discrepancies to an item you purchased from me, I'm going to ask you to return that item. I'll ask that you pay for shipping to get that item returned to me. Upon receiving it, if indeed there are the flaws you mentioned that I didnt note...It would only be fair for me to refund you the purchase price and shipping to you, along with the return shipping to me. I will do that, something not all sellers will.

INSURANCE IS NOT INCLUDED IN YOUR SHIPPING FEE!!! IF YOU WANT INSURANCE ON YOUR PURCHASE, PLEASE ADVISE ME of that and I'll amend your invoice. I will not, and absolutely REFUSE...to refund any monies for an item that was damaged during shipment!! Is that fair to me?? If you purchase insurance, compensation needs to be dealt with through the United States Postal Service. I do my best to ship out your order the day after recieving notification of it. During the winter tho, living out in the middle of nowhere, which we do...our roads arent always cleared immediately in the event of snow or ice. I will notify you if it seems there'll be a delay in getting your package off to you. Also, I ship Mondays through Fridays but seldom on Saturdays.
