Returns and exchanges
All sales are final, so please choose wisely. If, however, your order is damaged in transit, please notify me immediately.
Remember that you can use your Visa, MasterCard, Discover Card or American Express to submit your payment through PayPal, without opening a PayPal account.
Orders will generally ship within 24-48 hours of receipt of payment.

Please note that I ship to the ETSY address, not the PayPal address. If you wish to have your fabric shipped to a different address please add a note to seller during the checkout process or convo/email me.

All Domestic purchases come with delivery confirmation. Insurance and / or signature confirmation is also available upon request for an additional fee. Please convo me prior to placing your order if you would like to add insurance to your order.

INTERNATIONAL - Priority Mail Flat Rate Envelopes/Priority Mail Flat Rate Boxes
Unfortunately the USPS does not track these packages once they leave the US and delivery confirmation is not available. Insurance is available upon request. Please convo me prior to placing your order if you are interested.

In the very rare event that your package is lost, stolen, or undeliverable as addressed, I cannot be held responsible. I am happy to help you try to locate your package by providing all relevant shipment information; however, non-delivered packages will not be reshipped or refunded. I encourage my customers to call their local Post Office and/or local Customs Office in the event of a non-delivery. Please allow at least 2-3 weeks for delivery after package has been shipped before contacting me on an undelivered package.

The customer is responsible for any fees incurred through customs.

Additional policies and FAQs
1. What is the smallest custom cut available?
The smallest custom cut is ½ yard.

2. How do I order additional yardage?
Most of the fabric in my shop is available in half-yard or full-yard cuts. If you don’t see the amount you need listed for your fabric selection, just “convo” me, and I’ll create a special “custom” order just for you!

3. What’s the difference between a quarter-yard cut and a “fat quarter”?
Well now, a “fat quarter” is NOT a body part!! A quarter-yard cut measures 9” x 44/45”; a “fat quarter” measures 18”x22”.

4. All Domestic orders come with delivery confirmation. Although I can confirm shipment on my end for packages shipped internationally, I am not able to track delivery after it leaves the U.S. If you prefer international shipment through UPS so that you can track your purchase to its destination, please contact me for a custom listing and I will notify you of the shipping charges. Be prepared—shipping via UPS to international locations is very expensive.

5. I’m new to Etsy. What does “convo” mean?
Just an abbreviated term for “conversation” – another way to say “email”, but within the Etsy system, not through your email account.
