Unfortunately we will not be able to offer refunds or exchanges due to shipping and admin costs.
Payment
All payments must be made withing 3 days of committing to purchase, otherwise the purchase will be cancelled.
Shipping
For shipping outside of the UK, the buyer will be responsible for any fees or charges incurred with the destination country's customs. All internationally shipped items will be posted via standard Airmail (non-tracked) - this normally takes between 5-10 days for delivery.
If buyers wish to track the items, please contact me before purchase as postage will need to be adjusted. Internationally tracked items cost approximately 3 times the price of standard airmail, and are only able to be tracked until they leave the UK.
