Accepted payment methods

Returns and exchanges
Customer service is my top priority. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, contact me within 7 days to arrange a return or exchange.
Refunds will only be offered in the case of a product damaged due to poor workmanship. If you are unhappy with your purchase for other reasons, an exchange may be offered.
Custom orders are NOT eligible for return.
Items damaged due to shipping are NOT refundable. Please consider purchasing insurance for your package.
Shipping costs are NOT refundable unless sale is canceled prior to your order being shipped.
Payment
PayPal is my preferred method of payment. You do not need to have a PayPal account to check out with PayPal.

If you are unable to pay with PayPal, please contact me to see if other arrangements can be made.
Shipping
All items are shipped within 3 days of payment clearing, with the exception of custom orders. Shipping is through USPS unless otherwise requested. All items are packaged carefully and I cannot be responsible for damage or loss of items once they are shipped. If you would like to purchase insurance for your items please contact me at time of payment.

Items will be shipped to the address on your Etsy account so please make sure this address is up to date before making a purchase.

All international customers are responsible for any customs or taxes on the items ordered.

Q. Do you do custom orders?
A. Yes, absolutely! If you are interested in a custom order, please send me a convo.

Q. How long will it take to receive my order?
A. In stock items ship out within 3 business days of payment. For custom orders, please check the listing for current turn around times.
U.S. customers, please allow 1-2 weeks shipping time.
International customers, orders may take up to 6 weeks shipping time depending on customs and your countries postal system.
If you have not received your package within this time frame, please contact me.

Q. I need my item sooner than that. Are rush orders available?
A. Please contact me before purchase if you need a rush order. In most cases, this is available at an additional charge.

Q. I have metal allergies. What kind of metals do you use?
A. Most of the metals I use are plated, not sterling. If you have allergies and require a certain type of metal, please contact me before purchase.

Q. Do you offer wholesale pricing?
A. Wholesale pricing is available for retail stores with a minimum purchase. Please contact me if you are a shop owner interested in carrying my line.

Q. Are you interested in doing consignment?
A. Consignment arrangements will be considered on a case to case basis ONLY if retail location is located in the Minneapolis/St. Paul area.

Q. Are you open to doing blog giveaways/features?
A. In many cases I am happy to do a giveaway or interview for your blog. Please contact me with the link for more information.
