Returns and exchanges
I will provide refunds and exchanges on some goods, as long as I am notified within 5 days of you receiving the goods.
Refunds: you will be refunded via Paypal less shipping costs. Exchanges: you will receive and in-store credit, less shipping costs. Buyers are responsible for all shipping costs for refunds and exchanges. Items must be as new and show no evidence of wear and tear, to be eligible for a refund or exchange.
..::myoriginalsin::.. is not responsible for buyers remorse, lost or damaged packaging. Once I post at the post office it is out of my control. Insurance is always available upon request. Please contact me if you have any queries :)

Shipping
I will always ship to the address listed on Etsy, unless otherwise stated. All items are packed with care. I use 500g Australia Post Prepaid satchels to ship in Australia and internationally. This means I can often fit two items per satchel depending on the size and weight.
[Domestic Australian Shipping]
After receiving payment your item will be posted either on a Wednesday or Friday via a 500g prepaid satchel. These cost US$4.75 or AU$5.70. Faster postage options are available upon request.
[International Shipping]
I will ship most items to anywhere in the world. Please contact me before buying for a price estimate if not stated in the listing. Most packages will be shipped via Australia Post Air Mail using 500g prepaid satchels. These cost US$8.60 or AU$10.30 for Asian/Pacific countries and US$12 or AU$14.45 for anywhere else in the world. For peace of mind you may like to add shipment tracking or insurance. Please make a note in message to seller of which add-on you would like and I will send you an adjusted invoice within 24 hours.
