MY PAPER LOVE STUDIO KITS
A little bit about the kits that we offer. There are 3 different types of kits available for each collection that is released. The new kits are released twice a month - mid month and the end of the month.

The types of kits are:
- Planner Kit (ideal for ring planners, but not limited to)
- TN Planner Kit (ideal for travelers notebook / journals)
- Sticker Kit (includes 6 standard size, 1 double + 2 mini sheets)

Some of the items in the kit are also sold separately (such as page markers and stickers), while the rest are exclusive to the kits. Feel free to drop any questions by and don't forget to follow us on IG for release date updates.

Returns and exchanges
I gladly accept cancellations
Request a cancellation within: 24 hours of purchase
I don't accept returns or exchanges
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
Cancellations:
Cancellations can only be made on the day that the order is placed. Although most of my items are made to order, I do start processing your order as soon as I can. Please let me know if you have any questions.

Refunds:
We currently do not accept refunds, but please do contact us if you are not happy with the items and will definitely see what we can do. We want you to be happy with your purchase!

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes, we ship everywhere!

Q: When will my order be shipped?
A: Most of the items in the shop are made to order (unless stated otherwise); exceptions are stickers which are ready to ship. Your items will only be made once an order is placed and the normal processing time is 5 to 10 working days. For custom orders and orders placed during sales event, the processing time required might be longer.

Please refer to the expected date of delivery that is provided by Etsy for details when your items will be shipped; majority of orders are shipped before this date.


Q: When would I receive my order once it has been shipped?
A: All items are posted from Singapore via Singpost. In general the shipping time is around 10-15 WORKING days (excluding holidays); as advised by the postal service.

Please be aware that the time frame might be longer during holiday periods or due to unexpected weather conditions. From past experience shipping times during November and December can take up to 4-6 weeks.


Q: Will I be able to track my order? (Singapore/Non-US/Non-Canada Addresses)
A: YES (Limited). Tracking information is available but the level of information will vary by country and based on the updates made by your postal service provider.

All orders are posted as REGISTERED (insured) mail, which requires a signature upon delivery and depending on the country you are in, you might be able to track the status of your order through your local postal tracking service. This also includes all orders within Singapore.

Please be aware that if you are not at home at the time of delivery, your postman should then leave you a notification of an attempted delivery. They will not leave the package in your mailbox. Please contact your local post office more information.


Q: Will I be able to track my order? (US Addresses)
A: YES. The standard shipping method for US includes the tracking number option. You will be able to track the status of the package as it leaves Singapore and arrives in the States for processing to when it is out for delivery. Please check via USPS.com (information will be available as and when USPS update the status). No signature is required upon delivery and your package will be left in your mailbox. (This is a recent change in shipping policy for US - changed since March 8th 2018.)


Q: Will I be able to track my order? (Canada Addresses)
A: YES. The standard shipping method for Canada includes the tracking number option. You will be able to track the status of the package as it leaves Singapore and arrives in Canada for processing to when it is out for delivery. Please check via Canadapost.ca. No signature is required upon delivery and your package will be left in your mailbox. (This is a recent change in shipping policy for Canada - changed since May 1st 2017.)


Q: Why do I need to sign for my order?
A: The standard shipping method for all orders is REGISTERED (insured) mail, unless you are in the US or Canada or have opted for the shipping upgrade (if available).

This option is selected because the chances of your package getting lost is much less and since it is insured, I am able to raise a claim/case against the postal service in the event that you do not receive your items. However the postal service does require a signature upon delivery (as a delivery confirmation).


Q: I have not received my items and it has been 18 working days since the shipped dated. What should I do?
A: (Non-US & Canada Addresses) If you have not received your items by then, please help check first with you local post office. All items are posted as registered/insured mail and therefore someone needs to sign for the items (your postman will not leave it in the mailbox for you). I have received feedback from several people that sometime no notification is given. Please call and quote them the registered ID number (starts with RY). For most countries this number can also be used as a tracking number. If there is still no updates, please message me and I will open a case with the post office here.

A: (US & Canada ADDRESSES) Please check with your local post office on the status of your package.
