Note from shop owner After much consideration, I have decided to shut down Sakura Princess Designs. Thank you for your love and support these past four years. It's been truly humbling and a blessing to create and paint for all of my customers.

I'm going to keep the shop up in case I have a change of heart some day and decide to pick up the paint brush again, but it's goodbye for now, my friends.

As I make all items to order, I only allow refunds if I have not yet started work on your order. No returns or refunds on custom orders.

Please note that all items are painted and glossed by hand and therefore may not have a perfectly smooth or flawless look or finish as if done by a factory machine. I do not accept exchanges or returns or issue refunds or discounts for minor flaws that are a product of a hand done process. For non-custom orders, such as nativity sets or non-custom ornaments, if you are not satisfied with the look of an item, please contact me to see if an exchange will be accepted. BUYER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR SHIPPING CHARGES ON RETURNED/EXCHANGED ITEMS unless, in the seller's view, the flaw goes beyond a minor flaw that is a product of the hand done process.

In addition, please note that while every effort is made to match colors and designs as closely as possible, there are many variables that effect how colors appear - from the lighting when you take the pictures, the camera, and how the color is translated on different computer monitors. Also, designs often must be simplified to fit or look appropriately on a small doll form.
