Returns and exchanges
I want you to be happy with your purchase! If for some reason you are not satisfied please convo me within five days of receiving and let me know what the problem is. An exchange or refund can be made at this time. I am willing to work with you! This MUST be done within five days of receiving your item. The purchaser is responsible for all return and additional shipping costs and will make sure the item is properly packed.
I prefer payment through paypal. You may send a money order, just let me know when it has been mailed.Your order will not be shipped until your transaction is completed and paid for. I prefer your order to be paid for directly following check out, but If you need some time just let me know. I will grant a 3 day grace period before canceling the order. I will attempt to contact you before cancellation. If I receive no response after several attempts to get payment I will cancel the sale and re-list the item.
Shipping Address:

Please make sure your shipping address on Etsy is correct. This is the address I use for all my shipping. I do not use the address on Paypal unless told otherwise.
If you would like your order sent to a different address than the one you have listed for shipping please leave me a note of where you would like it shipped in the comments section of your order or convo me with the address.

Shipping method:

I ship Tuesday and Thursday...if an order comes in after 9am (Philadelphia time) on a shipping day, it will be shipped the next shipping day. It will never take longer than 6 days from receipt of payment for your order to ship.

I ship with USPS both parcel post and priority mail depending on the size/weight/destination of the package.

GIFTS! If the order is a gift and is shipping directly to the recipient, either through convo or comment section, let me know if you’d like a little note in the package so they know who to thank!

International shipping:

I do ship internationally! Please convo me with your location and the items your interested in for a shipping quote. International shipping can get really pricey because of the weight of the ceramics. I try to ship first class international whenever possible to keep the shipping costs down, but packages over 4 pounds must be shipped international priority mail.

International customers are responsible for all fees, taxes, and duties/custom charges associated with shipping to their respective countries. I am not responsible for breakage that occurs because of customs checks.


I am a good packer! Your order should arrive safely! I recycle packing materials,
sometimes you might get a rough looking box but I assure you the item inside is safe!

Broken items:

As I said before, I take great pride in my packing abilities! If for some reason your order arrives broken, I request an image of the broken item and will ship out a replacement as soon as possible. Shipping is on me!
