Welcome to my shop, filled with whimsical paper to decorate your home, your wedding and your most special events.

Accepted payment methods

Returns and exchanges
- Refunds are not provided unless the error is on my part. There are always exceptions, so if something is wrong with your order or there is a compassionate issue, please contact me and we will try to work something out!

- If you order poms for a party and by chance the package doesn't arrive on time, a refund MAY be issued depending on circumstance (if address on paypal account was wrong, this doesn't count!). Refund will be granted once package is mailed back to me.

-Refunds can only be provided within 30 days of payment. To be eligible, you must return the package to me at YOUR expense, with poms not fluffed.

- Exchanges are not a problem, I just require you send me the package at YOUR expense before I send out your new one.

- If I send you the wrong color, PLEASE do not fluff up your poms! I can accept flat ones for an exchange.

- Also note, this is for wrong COLOR (ie I mistakenly send you purple and zebra instead of cream and white!) NOT wrong SHADE or HUE (ie. green not as vibrant as pictured).

*** Computer screens vary, and buying wholesale means ink volumes occasionally vary, so colors may vary slightly from what is shown.
Paypal preferred - I can accept personal cheques and money orders, however once you mail them to me, I must deposit them and wait for them to clear before I start your item.

Orders not paid for within 3 days will be cancelled. If you purchase but realize you cannot pay right away, please send me a message so I do not cancel the purchase on you!

I will contact buyers who do not pay at time of purchase to find out reason. I also e-mail after 2 days to contact buyer. If receive NO correspondence I will leave appropriate feedback.

I use Canada Post, and if no deadline is provided I send packages by surface mail (3 to 9 days Canada, 6 to 14 business days USA) and INTERNATIONAL orders go by air mail (about 2 to 3 weeks).

If your event date is within 2 weeks please contact me before purchasing so I can upgrade your shipping for you.

- Upgrade to Expedited (2 to 3 days) - 3 USD
- Upgrade to Expresspost (1 to 2 days) - 6 USD (I know, ridiculous...)

- Upgrade to Airmail (about 6 to 8 business days) - 2 USD
- Upgrade to Expresspost (Tracking and guarantee 5 days) - 17 USD

- Unfortunately the only upgrade I can provide is expresspost, please contact me for your areas fee.

*** CANADIAN CUSTOMERS - I still feel rage when I type this so bare with me - Canada Post charges MORE for me to ship to my own country than abroad. I know. I am ashamed and you should be too! Please feel free to write them a nasty letter as I have! I am SO sorry for this, however I simply cannot do anything about it except continue to lobby for a price that drives people to buy locally :( Here is a great rant about it in the meantime from a sellers POV

- Insurance is provided on Air Mail, Expedited and Expresspost orders only. You can purchase it for surface orders for an extra 2.50 USD.

- Delivery confirmation and Signature on Delivery are included in expresspost. For other services it is available for an extra 2.50 USD each.

- I am NOT responsible for your countries customs charges that may be added once your package crosses the border. It is a federal offense to mark packages as "gift" when they are sold commercially, so if you pay me please do not ask me to mark your package as a gift to avoid customs. Pay your taxes :)

- PLEASE remember to leave me your event date! All this information is confusing, but if you give me your date I can choose for you and contact you with only the details you need to know :)

*** It must be said - I DO NOT control the mail service! If I did, it would run perfectly everytime! I understand OCCASIONALLY a package can get lost or held up at custom - please believe me when I say it isn't my fault and I am not trying to ruin your event! Contact me and I will try to track down your package - I send ALL packages registered so they all have a receipt number and are eligible for inquiry and EVENTUAL compensation through the postal service.

- In the same vein of thought, I am also not responsible for that sneaky mailman that decides to JAM, CRUNCH, TWIST and SHOVE packages! I have never had a package arrive damaged, but should it happen, contact me and I will try and work with you to fix this as well.

- Poms are shipped flat UNLESS specified as coming pre-fluffed. I can ONLY pre-fluff poms smaller than 5". Please contact me if you need them fluffed - there will be a small service fee and shipping fee added to your order.

- I DO offer wholesale, bulk and supplier orders.

- I LOVE custom requests. The color palettes and quantities shown in my shop are just to stoke your own creative fire! Contact me and we will make your idea come to life.

- I DO have other patterns and colors - most are only available for bulk and wholesale orders, but it never hurts to ask.

- I LOVE having my products photographed and reviewed, please feel free to approach me with requests!
