Hi! My name is Ashlyn and I am the woman-power behind My Small World Dreams!

I am a recent college graduate with my degree in Photography, Humanities, and Graphic Design! I love to use film to photograph because it makes things feel so much more tangible and lasting. I love the hands-on process of developing and printing from film. Something else I have fallen in love with since I lived in Italy is serigraphy! Serigraphy is just the fancy name for silkscreen printing on fabric or paper with layers of ink and stencil-type designs. It's really, really fun (most of the time).

I am also an ex-Walt Disney World Cast Member, so that should give you a hint as to where the shop name comes from! I love all things "It's a Small World" and Mary Blair inspired. Vintage items, colors, and styles are some of what drives me most to create art.
