During this challenging time, the well-being of my customers, communities and business partners is a top priority. Like you, I am deeply concerned about the impacts to the health and well-being of everyone recently and in the coming weeks.
I am fortunate work from home and can continue to fulfill orders as normal. I am taking extra care to ensure all workstations are sanitized and packages are handled with extra clean care. I'm scheduling package pickup 3 times a week to ensure quick delivery
Please note that I am, for the time being, ordering all my supplies online instead of going out & buying them locally. Because of this, creation time on some custom orders may be running close to the estimated max time. This is due to the fact that the shipping of my supplies to me, may be delayed due to shipping Protocol. I’m noticing a 2-3 day delay time on the delivery of some supplies at the moment as well as USPS delays on shipments.
I'm also making & donating fabric face masks to local front line & essential workers with several hundred already donated. At the moment, 100% of the proceeds of all my fabric mask sales are going directly towards supplies & machine repairs so I can continue to support our local workers.

She responded promptly to my questions, and got my items to me faster than I could have hoped for. The towels(I also ordered a full-sized bath towel) themselves are great, very high quality and beautiful embroidery, nice rich colors. They came wrapped with a few cute extras, which was greatly appreciated. I wish I could give her more than five stars!

Founded in 2012 by myself (Kristin), Mystical Moon Creations has come a long way from its beginnings when I first started out. I’ve always wanted my own business in using my abilities as an artisan and was always looking for that next project. After years of being involved in Renaissance fairs & SCA Events & making my own garb for myself & friends I was encouraged to start selling the garb I made. Inspired, I began to sell off all these things I had been refusing to get rid of to fund my business startup. (Throw that away?...HA…no way… I told you I would use that someday!!!) It has been a slow process as there were no investors, no stash of cash to buy supplies for inventory, Just a sell & invest persistence.
Starting out with mainly Medieval Garb & basic Wiccan & Pagan supplies I Have slowly added more & more unique items to my inventory. Within that time I have also become an Ordained Wiccan Priestess & begun creating custom and personalized metaphysical witch box & Altar kits. As more time passed more projects came about (because of course I can’t have just one single project going at a time… short attention span.. gotta love that ) Handmade jewelry & artisan accessories came into the picture. In 2013 I was inspired by another one of my obsessions (fairies) to start my own line of fairy doors, Diy fairy door kits, tooth fairy items, that has since grown to an entire line of fairy related items (YES.. I DO BELIVE, ALWAYS HAVE - ALWAYS WILL) I have also branched out into a line of embroidery as well doing everything from "Don't Panic" towels that are perfect for towel day (may 25th) Or any HHGTTG fan or really any hoopy frood, To embelished Freestanding lace masquerade masks. New items are being made every month so please check in regularly to see whats new
I have truly enjoyed the journey up until this point & in the coming years intend to continue with this wonderful path I choose to walk. One of the things I have always loved & will always look forward to in this business is the emails & pictures I get from my wonderful customers & fans. Whether its pictures of them in my garb at their event , shots of the fairy gardens they have created using my fairy doors & supplies, to the ones who have not even purchased from me, but have been inspired to create something on their own based on my work (I think the latter is my favorite, as you can’t put a price on inspiration!!!)
Mystical Moon Creations has ALWAYS supported small & local business. Without them I would not be where I am. So whenever possible supplies are & always will be purchased through small or local business. Here at Mystical Moon Creations, we also try to be as green as possible by utilizing as much of our scrap as possible (we believe its worth the little extra effort to avoid senseless garbage.) Many times, what we can’t find a use for here, will find its way to cut rate auctions for others to use or donated for local crafting for kids or elderly.

Pre-approved returns only within 14 days of receipt of the item.
Refunds will be given for total of sale price only. Shipping charges are not included in refund & tracking must be included on any return package.
There are no refunds for buyer’s remorse!! This includes: not wanting the item anymore, found something else, better price, purchased by mistake, etc.
If there is a problem regarding your order, you have 2 days from receiving the package to contact me about a resolution to the issue at hand.
Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer, and all returns must be shipped back with delivery confirmation or tracking!
Items returned must be NEW, UNWORN, and UNDAMAGED to receive your refund. Refunds will not include shipping costs.
Used items will not be accepted as a return.
CORSET RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We strive for customer satisfaction and excellence. We have a Hassle-Free 30-day return/exchange policy. Should you need to return or exchange your item, please contact us prior to returning it for an RMA # (Returns Merchandise Authorization number). You will need the invoice included with your order. Please fill out the return form which is included with your order and send it back using the shipping label I provide you. International and express/overnight shipping fees are non-refundable. PLEASE NOTE... in order to qualify for a return/exchange all items must be in original condition, unworn damage-free and odorless. Corsets should always be tried on over a shirt.
CUSTOM ORDERS
Because of the nature of custom items & the fact that supplies are ordered once payment clears, there are no cancellations of custom orders past 24 hours. Unapproved cancellations after 24 hours are subject to a cancellation fee if supplies have been ordered.
All sales are final unless there is an error on my part. If this occurs, please contact me within 3 days of receiving your item to discuss it. Custom orders are nonrefundable and non-returnable. Contact me with any issues or concerns, and I'll do my best to fix the problem. Thanks!!

SHIPPING ISSUES & DELAYS
We will NOT refund your order due to USPS shipping errors or mistakes. We have NO control over the USPS system, transit or operations, therefore, we can NOT claim responsibility for their mistakes. You can always add insurance to your order at checkout.
However, if an issue does arise with the shipping, I will do everything I can to work with you & the postal service to try to resolve the situation for you or locate missing packages. We all know it happens, a package gets lost, or accidentally delivered to the wrong address. Many times it just takes a quick call from the seller to the post office to get the package found/moving again & back in transit. So feel free to contact ASAP if you think your package has been held up. I would be happy to assist the best I can (the longer a package sits in limbo at the post office the more chance you will have that it will be lost forever)
