Hi Linith - I'm sorry you are a bit disappointed. If you are talking about the ear wires, yes those are delicate. I would be happy to change the ear wires if you send them back to me and let me know what you want - lever backs or kidney wires which tend to be a bit steadier. Let me know if you would like my address and I will be happy to send it in a private message. Regarding the charms - these are not solid and not described as solid. For the brightness - they are antique brass and not supposed to be bright nor described as bright. For the price, they are an excellent quality stamping and made in the USA.
