All items are made to order in a smoke/pet free home.

*NOTE* when purchasing items colors may appear different on your monitor due to different calibrations. We try our best to color match as closely as possible to items listed. For this reason we do not except returns due to color differences.

Processing times for LOFT21 is currently 2-3 business days Monday thru Friday not including holidays and weekends.

Processing time does not include postal transit time.

All orders ship USPS via first class mail.

If you would like priority shipping or faster shipping please inquire prior to placing an order. We do offer "Rush Processing" and "Priority shipping" add ons for an additional cost. These add on's can be found under the "Add On's" Shop Section of our shop.

All USA orders come with a tracking number once items are shipping. All international orders come with a Customs Number once items are shipped.

LOFT31 is NOT RESPONSIBLE for any lost or stolen packages during transit.
Insurance is not included but may be purchased from our shop. Please contact LOFT31 PRIOR to placing your order to include insurance.

Please allow 2-5 business days for shipping time on all orders shipped within the USA and 7-30 business days on all orders shipped internationally.

Express shipping and insurance is available upon request and for an extra charge. Please contact LOFT31 with any questions.
Refunds and Exchanges
Here at LOFT31 customer satisfaction is very important to us. If you for any reason are unhappy with your order/items please contact us within 24 hrs of receiving your package.

PLEASE NOTE: When photographing all items in LOFT31 we strive to perfectly match Colors with what is seen on your computer monitor but as monitor screens may vary it may make the coloring of the item appear slightly different from screen to screen. We do not except returns based on color differences. Please feel free to message me with any questions you may have about product colors.

We strive to provide the best customer service and will work with you to correct any problems that may arise.

All orders returned for exchange/refund must be postmarked by 7 days after receiving.

If you are note satisfied with your order you can exchange or return it for a refund. Please note that postage is not refundable. Customers are responsible for return postage.
