The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

If you believe an error has been made on your custom item please contact me asap with your concern.
Payment is expected within 48hrs of purchase unless you pay by money order. Payment via money order is expected within ten (10) days of purchase. Payment not received within the time line will result in a cancellation.

I accept payment via PayPal.
All items are shipped standard by Australia Post unless otherwise requested. Prints are shipped 1-3 working days of receiving payment. For international buyers it may take up to 10 working days to receive goods. If you require insurance, tracking or express post I will provide a quote, please request this option during check out in the Message to Seller box.

All items are shipped for maximum protection. I will not assume responsibility for packages once they are shipped. Any and all duties, customs fees and applicable taxes that may be incurred are the responsibility of the customer. If the delivery of your package is delayed beyond the 10 business days, please call your local Post Office and local Customs office to inquire about the status of your non-delivered package.
