Frequently asked questions
Gift wrapping and packaging
We do not offer gift wrapping or gift packaging. If you select "Marked as gift" during your order process, this is an Etsy setting that just means the packing slip will automatically print up as a gift receipt without pricing on it.
Wholesale availability
We do offer wholesale pricing. Please contact us in Etsy or via our website at heroesandmortals.com for a custom quote.
Non-received or lost orders.
Receipt of the shipment is the responsibility of the customer. Please make sure that you have entered the correct mailing address. If you did not receive your item due to an incorrectly entered address, you will be responsible for re-shipping cost (if another of the same item is available). Please keep track of your delivery day so you know when delivery is expected. If your package is not received on the day expected and the package has been marked as delivered, please check around your mailbox and delivery areas and check with neighbors. If your order is not found, we recommend you then follow up with your local post office.
Stolen orders.
We are not responsible for stolen packages. It is the customer's responsibility to provide a secure area for package delivery on their premises or with a neighbor. If you are concerned about secure delivery, we can also deliver to a post office box or the Post Office if you provide an accurate and USPS approved mailing address that accepts packages. If you believe your package was stolen, we advise you to file a package theft submission with your local post office. Note: Missing, non-delivered, or package theft is not covered by shipping insurance and can only be replaced at the customer's expense.
Shipping.
We try to fulfill all orders the same day or the next day. We ship Monday-Friday only for all products, except *Single* Cards which can also ship on Saturday. Please note our free shipping offer only applies to USPS First Class Mail which can take longer than expected, especially during holiday season. If you need an order in under 5 days, please select USPS Priority Mail or USPS Priority Mail Express and please be aware that during holidays and busy periods those can take longer than normal.
We do not ship internationally.
