My shop began years ago but not on Etsy... It actually started long before I came to Etsy, when I had my own business and was doing trade shows, designing cross-stitch for a product that I no longer manufacture. I had also done craft shows around Florida and really kept very busy and thoroughly enjoyed it all...

My life changed when I was diagnosed with Muscular Dystrophy and I could no longer do the traveling and all the things necessary to keep my business going. I decided I would do the craft shows, but after about a year or two that wasn't possible either...

I still had a desire to create and make jewelry, do scrapbooks, make cards and do many other paper crafts. Unfortunately, I was no longer able to do cross-stitch which is why you'll find a lot of the books for sale. Although my life has changed in many ways it has also opened new doors and so I keep on doing my thing and enjoying it...

Each time something has happened that might have stopped me I just figured out what the next door to open should be...so here I am at Etsy and I hope you'll check out my treasures and make their home your home...

My Treasured-Delights is a name that lets you know how I think of the things I sell. I make jewelry, cards, paper beads and even paper bead jewelry. My jewelry items are made using quality components. Many of them have sterling silver embellishments. I also have supplies and all the items I sell are from a smoke-free, pet-free environment. Most often my items sell with free shipping. I'm continuously putting up new items, supplies, finished products and costume jewelry.
