Welcome to My Truck Leroy. My Truck Leroy consist of two cousins who love to create. Jessica VanNess focuses on mixed media work, mostly created with metal and glass. Kelsey Gagnon focuses on mixed media as well, mainly acrylic paint and glass. Both love to 'play' with odd materials and mix media together, creating interesting, dynamic, and fun pieces.

We believe in making functional pieces. We expect for our customers to use the pieces. With that concept in mind, we make all of our work as sturdy and durable as possible. But, please keep in mind that nothing last forever . . . although the metal pieces are either clear coated or sprayed with enamel they may rust if left outdoors.

Payment
We accept PayPal and money orders. If you are paying through PayPal, please do so within 24 hours of ordering. If you wish to pay with a money order, we need to receive the money order within 5 business days.

Have a special situation? Just contact us and we will try to work something out.

Once payment is received the item will be shipped (within 5-7 business days *usually less). When the item/s are shipped you will receive a confirmation email notifying you that your payment was received and the item has been shipped (a tracking number for item will be included in the message).

If you would like to cancel your order, you must do so within 24 hours of placing your order.

We will not accept returns/exchanges unless the item was broken in shipping.
Shipping
As soon as payment is received the item will be shipped via FedEx. Once shipped, a confirmation email will be sent with the tracking number.

We ONLY ship FedEx for a few reasons:
1. Reliability and consistency of service.
2. Insurance (every shipment we send has insurance on it)
3. They provide tracking numbers.
Refunds and Exchanges
We do not give refunds or exchanges. The only exception is if your item was damaged during shipping, in which case you MUST contact us and let us know about the damage within 24 HOURS of receiving the package (so that an insurance claim can be filed).

If the item was damaged in shipping you have two options:
1. We will return your money once it is received from the insurance company.
OR
2. You may choose another piece of equal value that we will ship to you in exchange for the broken item.
