I only accept Pay Pal.
I will ship your item usually within 3 business days of payment. Your item will be shipped via registered airmail. (that means providing a tracking number, so you can follow your parcel during it`s delivery). Delivery time varies based on location. You will receive your package in 8-18 days after I complete the shipping, according to your country, and your state, if you reside in US.
If there is a postal holiday, an additional day may be required.
In the case of a custom order, we will negotiate shipment date at the time of order.
I would be happy to ship by another method if you would prefer. You will need to contact me via Etsy conversation or e-mail to myweddingacces [!at] gmail.com, and I will send you a revised paypal invoice.
I do ship internationally. If you have any questions about the cost for international shipping, or prefer a different shipping method.
Refunds and Exchanges
I want you to be satisfied with your purchase from me. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied, please contact me via etsy conversation or e-mail to myweddingacces [!at] gmail.com, and give me an opportunity to work with you.
I accept refunds if there is a problem with the item or the item is not the one you purchased. We can discuss any other refund issues, just contact me.
If somehow you get unsatisfied by my product or shipping, and tend to leave a negative or neutral feedback, please contact me before doing so. I will definitely solve the problem and make you smile :)
Shipping costs are not refundable.
I am not responsible of lost packages.
Additional Policies and FAQs
Please note that light effect, monitor's brightness, contrast etc. may cause a slight color difference on the handmade items.
I appreciate receiving your feedback after you have received your item. I want to know that it got to you, and that you are happy with it.
