RETURNS, REFUNDS, EXCHANGES:
Custom orders must be paid for in advance unless prior arrangements have been made with the shop owner. Custom orders are NOT eligible for any return, refund, nor exchange.

Damaged Items shall be REPLACED at no cost (as long as supply permits) only within 7 days of receipt (confirmed delivery to buyer) providing:
1. Buyer inspects the item and verifies damage by digital photos and emails a complete description of the damage along with photo attachments within 24 HOURS of receiving the item to: shop [!at] myworldsparkles.com Attn: Damage Item Dpt
2. There can be no obvious damage caused by the buyer to elicit a refund claim.
3. A refund will only be issued if the damaged item is no longer in stock or is not reparible and after the damaged item has been returned (only if requested by seller). ONLY WHEN RETURNED (back in shop's possession) NO LATER THAN 7 DAYS of original receipt (confirmed date of delivery to buyer). Buyer is responsible for return shipping and must return item traceable (delivery confirmation) and insured (when applicable).

We currently accept Paypal payments using major credit cards and personal Paypal accounts. When making a credit card payment transaction, you will be directed through the secure PayPal payment gateway to enter your credit card information. All payment funds must be verified and transactions completed prior to shipment of any order.

Sales tax is automatically charged accordingly per local tax rates to Colorado purchasers/shipping destinations.

We ship all orders using USPS Priority mail. This allows us to send them in a tracked and insured box where they will be well wrapped and secure, tracking notifications will be sent via email once the package enters the system. Priority shipping takes between 2-5 business days and includes tracking and delivery confirmation & $50 of insurance.

For now we only ship within the United States of America. If we open shipping up to International shipping this will show that change at that time.

All items are described to the best of my ability in as much detail as possible. All photos are untouched and are in no way enhanced. All jewelry items are listed as sterling or karated precious metal if they do contain any, if they do not contain precious metal than they are simply listed as silver or gold toned/colored metal. Any precious gemstones are listed as their common namesake, and any commercial treatment will be declared if known.
