I absolutely love these gloves!! They are beautiful, comfortable, and made with care and high quality yarn. I've received many compliments on them already! Shipping was also much sooner than expected, which was great!

Welcome to My Woven Dreams! I strive to provide the highest quality home made items, and am constantly trying out and creating new patterns, all of which are made numerous times before an item is ever listed.

I love custom orders, if you have an idea of something you'd like, and don't see it listed, please message me to see if we can arrange something!

Payment
PAYMENT:

I accept payment through the paypal secure server or via Etsy direct checkout.

You do not need a Pay Pal account to make a payment. Pay Pal accepts Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover and Echeck. If you need help paying with Pay Pal, please read this article from Etsy for better understanding:

Keep in mind that if you pay with an E-Check through PayPal, your item will not be made or shipped until your check has cleared. This can take up to a week.
Shipping
HIPPING:

I ship via USPS First Class Mail within the time frame specified on the etsy listing. If purchasing a made to order product then I ship on a case by case basis, as the completion time varies per item. All US orders will come with tracking information.

If you need your item sooner, I offer a USPS priority shipping 1-3 day upgrade, available in my shop. This is for US orders only! If you are an international buyer please contact me for a quote to your location. Please allow me 2-5 days to process and package your order!

If insurance or any other shipping add-on is desired, please contact me before purchasing and I will be happy to accommodate.

I ship to the ADDRESS ON ETSY. PLEASE PROVIDE THE CORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS
We ship to the address the customer provides us via Etsy. If a package is returned to us because an incorrect address was supplied at point of purchase, the buyer will be required to pay any new shipping charges. We do not refund or replace any package shipped to a wrong address, unless the mistake is ours. Unfortunately, we are also unable to track down any package sent to a wrong address provided by a customer.

If you need your item shipped to an address that is different from the one on Etsy, please let me know!

WHERE IS MY PACKAGE?

Packages do get lost in the mail, but it's rare - 98% arrive quickly and safely.

Delivery Confirmation (USA only) allows both seller and buyer to confirm the delivery of the package. Refunds / replacements of items that have not arrived are based on 'Delivery Confirmation' status of the package.

DELIVERED
If the package is declared "Delivered" - the package has been delivered. If you cannot find it then please follow the steps below.
1) Check the delivery address you supplied and make sure it is correct, it will match the one registered in Etsy.
2) Check with your neighbors, they may have taken delivery for you in your absence.
3) Contact local post office or call 1800 ASK USPS with the tracking number, they must find it for you.

We are unable to offer refunds or replacements if a package is declared "delivered".

LOST PACKAGES
USA - If after 4 weeks the package has not changed status to 'delivered' it is safe to assume the package was lost by USPS. You will then receive a refund or replacement for the order.
INTERNATIONAL - there is no means of tracking your package once it leaves the USA. If your order has not arrived after 8 weeks, it will be considered lost and you will receive a refund or replacement.
Refunds and Exchanges
REFUNDS:

I always strive to make sure the item is accurately represented, promptly shipped, and packaged with care. I inspect all my items very carefully prior shipment to minimize any possible occurrences of defects.

I will offer a refund only if the item is damaged when shipped back to me within 7 days of delivery. Shipping charges cannot be refunded.

Please contact me before you leave negative feedback.
I will do my best to resolve any issue that arises.
I believe most cases can be solved with communication and fairness on both ends.

Handle your dreamcatcher gently! They are fragile.

I use a lot of different materials and carefully handcfraft each item I sell. As these are handmade hey will not be perfect, there may be a loose string end here and there, and furry strands may shed.

CUSTOM ORDERS:

I love making custom orders! if you would like a different size than offered, pattern, colors, etc please send me a custom item request or message me. I finish orders as promptly as possible, and will give you a time frame on how long it will take on a case by case basis.

I require payment up front, and will send you a photo of the finished product in case you have any changes you want made. Once you approve the product I will ship it to you. Custom orders are no different than regular orders as far as refunds go, unless your product arrives damaged and is shipped back to me within 7 days of delivery there are no refunds. Shipping charges will not be refunded.
