My hand embroidered items are each made free from patterns and are completely my own designs. No two listings will look exactly alike and I do not make duplicates with the exception of some "themed" clips.


Accepted payment methods

Payment is expected at time of purchase. Please follow all instructions carefully when checking out. You will be directed to paypal and may decide from there if you would like to pay by credit card or your paypal account.
Please note that when applicable delivery confirmation will be added when shipped. You will be notified via etsy conversation your tracking number when it does apply. Due to the small nature of my items the usps will not allow delivery confirmation when packages are too small.

***Until further notice I will only be able to ship on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. Exceptions can be made upon request***

Please be certain your address matches paypal. If your etsy home address differs from your paypal home address I will not ship the item until you confirm which address is correct.
Refunds and Exchanges
I do apologize but at this time I am unable to accept any returns or exchanges. However, if a package is lost in the mail I will accept full responsibility. A package is not considered lost for 30 days from the date it is sent. If you report an item with delivery confirmation missing and the tracking confirms it was received no refund will be issued.
