The first order got stuck at one of the post offices, and although it wasn’t her fault, she immediately tried to help me figure out what was going on, and she even sent out a new order super fast free of charge, and UPGRADED it to boot!! Highly satisfied, as my order still arrived before my friends birthday, and would absolutely recommend this shop!! Grateful is an understatement!!!

Frequently asked questions
DTG Printing (Direct To Garment)
All products are printed with direct-to-garment (DTG) technology that prints the ink directly into the garment. It's a state of the art type of printing that makes our designs look true to life with a slight vintage look.
Printing on dark colored garments (like black) requires a pre-treatment so that the colors don't absorb into the fabric and become dull. The pre-treatment will make the print area of the garment feel a little stiff when you first receive it. Do not worry! This is totally normal and usually washes out after 2-3 washes on areas where the design is not printed.
All textile printing is subject to weathering over time, but DTG will not peel or fade drastically as long as the garment is washed under normal conditions.
Sizing Details
Sizing information is listed for each item in the listing photos as well as the description. Products are unisex and relaxed fit. You may consider a downsize for a more feminine look. Increase the size for the larger fit and oversized look. Please double-check the size charts available in all listings. We do not accept exchanges due to size mismatch problems.
Lost, Wrong, Or Damaged Items
If you received an item that is incorrect, damaged or was lost in transit, please get in touch within 30 days of receiving your order so we can take care of it right away for you. When getting in touch about a damaged or wrong item, please include a picture of your item so we can assist you quicker.
Incorrect Address
Any orders including incorrect shipping addresses due to customers' errors will not be refunded after shipped. If the shipping address needs to be changed, please reach out to correct your address before shipment.
We are unable to track an order placed with a wrong address or cancel / change an order once placed.
Returns & Exchanges
All of our shirts are custom printed to order, made just for you, so we do not accept returns or exchanges due to color or fit/size. If there are any issues with the shirt, please message us and we will replace it ASAP. Any changes to color or sizes must be made within the initial 24-hour window.
Please double-check the address / color / size / design while placing your order.
We cannot be held responsible for delayed shipping due to carrier issues. Refunds are not provided for delayed orders in transit.
How To Take Care Of Your DTG (Direct To Garment) Apparel Properly
1. Wash your garment inside out, gentle cycle with mild detergent and similar colors.
2. High-temperature washes can seriously fade the print and cause it to crack.
3. Do NOT use Bleach.
4. No fabric softeners.
5. Hang the garments to dry naturally. Leave it turned inside out, hang it out to dry naturally, not exposing it to direct sunlight.
6. Cool iron your print. You would typically avoid ironing your print. But if you really want to make your shirt look neat, iron it inside-out on the lowest possible setting. In some cases, placing a piece of natural-fiber thin cloth over the image to protect it from smudging would be an additional care step to take.
7. Do not dry clean.

Our typical processing times are between 2-10 business days (M-F) + shipping.
Shipping in the US usually takes 5-7 business days.
