Should a customer for some reason be unhappy with a canvas immediately after receiving it I will issue a refund upon return of the art, provided it is unharmed.
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

I do not offer refunds on custom art, particularly in cases where personal details are requested. When ordering custom art one should be sure to like the artist's style before commissioning an original work of art.

Ready-to-ship art and prints will ship within 2 business days after payment clears.
For custom orders, painting begins after payment clears, the customer will receive a photo for approval before the final art ships to them, this process takes up 3 weeks.

Ready to ship art orders ship within 2 business days unless otherwise specified in a shop announcement, due vacation or special circumstance.

Home decor, apparel and house wears are made to order and take up to 2 weeks to process and ship. For international rates and times, please contact me with your shipping information.

Custom art takes up to 3 weeks to create but will ship within 2 days of customer approval of the art.

All domestic (U.S.A.) items ship U.S. Priority Mail and arrive within 3 mail days. A tracking number will be provided.

International items ship first class, shipping times vary by destination. I recently added global shipping prices to most of my listings, if you are outside of the USA and feel that the shipping cost for an item to your location is unreasonable, please contact me with your shipping details and I will calculate exact shipping for your location and add it to the listing for you. In cases where international destinations charge import fees or taxes these costs are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the shipping costs shown here.

All packages are insured, unless prohibited in certain international situations. While I package all art and print orders with care, the possibility of damage is there. In the event that an item arrives damaged, please contact me and provide a photo of the package's condition if possible. I will work with you to replace or refund the order.

I always attempt to use recycled shipping materials, but the safety of the art comes first and in some cases that requires custom boxes.
