I post all items 1st class (seller’s stranded rate). This is NOT insured, if you want your items posted sign-for (REGISTERATION AND TRACKING) 1st class it will cost a extra $4.00. Please convo my BEFORE purchasing item.
I ship all item with Airmail, this is cheaper but at your own risk. If item does get lost then there is no compensation. If you want your items posted Airsure (REGISTERATION AND TRACKING) it will cost an extra $7.00. Please convo my BEFORE purchasing item.
With Airsure if an item ever did get lost in the post then you will receive compensation. Airsure is highly recommended but not 100% necessary, i have not yet had a complaint.
I do not extra charge for posting I only take what the actual cost is. If it does turn out more then I am happy to refund.
The REGISTERATION AND TRACKING charge is on each transaction not item.
All items are shipped after payment is cleared.
Please give 3-7 working days for UK and 7-20 working days for everywhere else (REGISTERATION AND TRACKING is 7-14) for items to reach destination. I will try my very best to get your item to you as quick as possible.
Refunds and Exchanges
I give full refunds if only item is faulty (damaged) and is my fault, buyer has to contact me with in 24 hours of receiving item for refund. If item was damaged in the post I will do my best to help, but unfortunately i can not refund the buyer.
You can return the item if the sizing is not right or the item is not what buyer wanted. I will give full refund for item but not postage. And item must be in its original condition as it was sent. Buyer must pay for return postage; if I sent the wrong item or size then I will pay for return postage.
Buyer can have an exchange if item is not what buyer wanted or item is wrong size. But buyer has to pay for all extra postage cost. And item must be in its original condition as it was sent. If I accidentally sent wrong item or size then I will pay for all extra postage cost.
Additional policies and FAQs
If you want your hooks/ear wires to be changed to another material, just convo me and tell me your preferred material. You can choose from sterling silver, gold filled, or brass. If this still is not what you want, tell me I can get the right metal for you. Designs may vary.

Please send me a request through my Alchemy or start a convo with me. All items in my shop or sold items can be customized to buyer’s desire.
Once I have started on your custom order buyer has to take full responsibility in paying for item.
Custom orders are not up for returns, refunds, or exchanges. Changes can be done at a few $ more.
I send all items in lovely jewellery boxes which are then tied with ribbon and gift tagged.
All jewellery boxes are then posted in padded bubble a envelope, which is then sealed using FRAGILE tape for extra care.

TAKING CARE OF YOUR JEWELLERY:
My pieces are made to last long, and are best cared for by removing before gardening, doing dishes, showering, going into saunas or hot tubs, etc. If your piece is damaged during casual everyday wear, please contact me as I will gladly repair it for free.
Cleaning silver is best done using a Sunshine polishing cloth; do not use liquid solutions as this can ruin the stones and oxidize.
Please store all jewellery separately in box/bag given, separate from all other jewellery.
