I only take payments through either Paypal or Gift/Debt/Credit card and I will only ship your order once I have fully received your payment. As a result, it may take some extra time for certain orders to be shipped out depending on what payment methods are chosen. (I am specifically referring to payment via credit card. Sometimes that takes a while to fully process into my bank account.)
I try to ship purchases out no more then two to three days after payment confirmation and/or completion of order (The time needed to complete custom or 'made to order' items will vary. Please be aware of what is or isn't 'made to order'. Most of these items with have their expected wait time listed within their listings.) and I will inform you when it has been shipped. If any problems arise, I WILL inform the customer ASAP.

I also ship with tracking number for all customers within the United States. Customers outside of the US must inform me before purchasing their item if they wish for their package to be shipped with a tracking number (which will cost $11.50 for Registered Mail + normal shipping costs). Otherwise international purchases will be shipped without one. If you accidentally miss this, please message me so I can make a shipping charge listing for you!

-Custom Orders-
As for items that are custom ordered (also made to order), they will be shipped as soon as they are finished. Again, this time is determined by what exactly is ordered and will be discussed with the customers on a case-by-case basis.
Refunds and Exchanges
Returns, cancellations and refunds will be handled on a case-by-case basis but here is a quick overview of what to expect:

Returns will only be accepted if:
The purchase arrives in an unacceptable state:
- Since quality is of the utmost importance to me, this will hopefully never happen. If the product begins to fall apart after arrival (1-2 WEEKS) and has not come into contact with animals and other unsuited forces please please please message me and I will help as soon as possible. (MUST PROVIDE PHOTOS OF DEFECTIVE PRODUCT!)

Getting someone else's order:
- I again will do my very best to prevent this from ever happening but if it does (I sometimes have multiple orders shipping out at once), holy butts I am so sorry! Message me ASAP (PLEASE ALSO PROVIDE A PHOTO OF WHAT ACTUALLY ARRIVED!) and I will cover whatever costs it takes to return the package back to me, refund you the cost of your purchase and send you the correct order this time.

Products damaged, lost or stolen while in transit:
- If any harm comes to your purchase while in transit (smashed, soaked, ripped apart) I will replace your order and ship it out again for free. (PICTURES OF THE DAMAGED PURCHASE ARE REQUIRED!)
- If your purchase is lost or stolen (package was delivered ripped open and empty or never arrives at all) I will replace your order and ship it out again for free. (PICTURES OF THE RIPPED PACKAGE ARE REQUIRED AND THE PACKAGE'S TRACKING STATUS MUST SAY IT HAS NOT BEEN DELIVERED!)
- For International customers, I will make and ship your order again. This has happened once or twice and I will give you the benefit of the doubt since international tracking is stupidly expensive.

-Refunds and Cancellations-
- Refunds and Cancellations are only accepted 1) BEFORE the order has been shipped out. 2) If you ship the package back to me yourself with the product undamaged. Original shipping costs will not be refunded.
