    Returns and exchanges
    I gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations

    Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

    Returns and exchange details
    In case of a damage during shipping, an insurance claim must be filed immediately with proper documentation with the shipping company. In such cases, please contact us immediately as we always make an insurance before shipping the products. We can make the refund when we get the insurance cover.

    Etsy Direct Checkout is not available in Turkey yet. Therefore, we accept payments via money transfer (bank wire transfer) and iyziLink & Shopier (secure credit card payment systems).

    Shipping
    We make address delivery shipping via air freight by UPS. We require your full name, address and phone number to be used in completing customs paperwork.

    We also make the packaging in line with ISPM15 international packaging standards as we nicely cover the products by bubble wraps and put them into wood containers having palettes. No damage occurs during the shipping.
