I received my purse yesterday and couldn't be happier! It was shipped within a day of my order and arrived very quickly. As for the purse itself, I love both the pattern of the material and the design of the bag. I would most definitely recommend 'nammade' to anyone! Thank you so much!

I accept Paypal.

If you would prefer to pay by check please send me a conversation.
I will ship the item once I receive the check and it clears with the bank.
Shipping
I use USPS for most of the orders.
All orders are shipped within 48 hours Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm.
I try to use the cheapest shipping rate available. Please let me know if you prefer a different method of shipment & I can arrange it for you.

Order Tracking:
If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using 1st Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers.
Refunds and Exchanges
Thank you for your purchase!

If you have any problems with your order, please contact me within 7 days of receiving your product and I will work with you to find a solution.
If you decide to return something, I ask that you handle the return shipping cost.
I will process the refund once the item is received.
Original shipping cost will not be refunded and there will be a 10% restocking fee (Needed to list & process the item online).

Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.
