Welcome to Nana & Co. Please take a few minutes to check out our fabrics, trims, vintage and handmade items. It's always our desire to provide you with great service. Please share your comments with us.

**PLEASE NOTE: From 11/24/15 through 1/5/16 we will be in and out of our shop and may not be available to ship certain items or be available for correspondence. We will leave our shop open for purchases for your convenience. Please know we will ship your item as soon as it is possible. If you have any concerns about your item purchased, please drop us a note and we'll respond as soon as we can. Have a Blessed holiday season.

Unless otherwise stated in our listings, orders should be processed and shipped within three to five (3-5) days after payment clears, after vacation or unless otherwise stated.

****PLEASE NOTE: We do combine shipping when possible. Shipping charges are subject to change, so please double check prior to purchase. We strive to charge according to actual shipping and handling costs and will, at times, estimate, especially on larger or more fragile items. We strive to keep up with the increases in shipping charges and we do refund for overages, but occasionally we will need to add to our charges or estimate. We will notify you if there is additional unexpected shipping required. All shipping charges are the responsibility of the buyer. Overnight shipping requests will be paid in full in advance, or the item will not be shipped, so please leave enough time in your request for us to be able to expedite and accommodate your needs.

***Significant shipping and handling overages above our costs (generally over $2.00) will be refunded.

PLEASE be sure your correct address is included in your payment information which comes through on your Paypal. Make any changes of address needed BEFORE purchasing. If a rare situation does occur, be redundant and drop us a convo in addition to making a note with the purchase. Thank you.

****PLEASE READ: We do not, as a usual rule, include insurance or tracking on small first class envelope items. If you wish to have insurance or tracking, it will be an extra charge and you'll need to let us know prior to purchase. Otherwise, should the package be lost in shipping (which, thankfully, we've, never had happen yet) we will not be able to refund for these items.

****Rush Orders - Do you need it in a hurry? Our usual lead time is 2 weeks but we can place a "rush" on your order for an additional $15 per item, plus any additional shipping charges which the buyer is responsible for prior to shipping. We strive to get your item out the door with as little delay as possible on rush orders. Sometimes it is difficult to assess the ship rates for items until after they are packaged and the correct address applied. We will contact you for this adjustment/payment to be made prior to shipment. Please leave enough time in your request to receive your item and for potential delays such as this.

****Custom orders - These are always welcome, however, they will incur an additional $15 charge. This additional fee covers our time needed to track down and collect the necessary special materials. Payment in full is required before the custom order will completed.

****PLEASE NOTE: Sellers are charged a small fee for each listing they post. So, for any custom listing, please be sure you are serious about purchasing before asking us to create any custom listing. Once created, these will remain in our shop until purchased or for up to one week, unless otherwise stated.

****Also, if you have any doubt about an item, please contact us prior to purchase, as Etsy and Paypal charge fees for sold orders. Etsy does NOT reimburse us any of these fees charged. Therefore, when we refund any funds to you, in part or total, Etsy still charges the same. Should a buyer purchase, then change their mind, we still get charged. If this occurs, we will deduct the listing and Etsy fees from the total price refunded. The above may be decided on a case by case basis.

****IN ADDITION: While we've all heard that imitation is the highest form of flattery, purchase of our merchandise does not in any way grant or constitute rights for copying or duplication in/of any form--or for copying via pictures. We are a small family business and have hopes of supplementing our family's income in a meaningful way. This is only made possible when our items are purchased, not copied. We appreciate your understanding and compliance.

****DELIVERY TIMES: It is unfortunate, but at times it may take a while for an item to arrive at its destination. It's been our experience that it can take up to three weeks to a month during high volume periods. Should this occur, it is beyond our control. Please keep this in mind and leave yourself ample time for receipt of your items when ordering. We encourage you to keep in contact with us during this period. We are terribly sorry these things happen, however, we will hold off on refunding your purchase price, where warranted, until after 30 days to be sure to allow enough time for the item to arrive. We appreciate your patience.

****INTERNATIONAL BUYERS: Where possible, we ship internationally. However, due to some past issues, we'll require payment to clear first before shipping your item and unless you are willing to pay higher shipping charges for delivery confirmation, buyer signatures, etc., there are NO REFUNDS for any reason. We're very sorry.
