We will ship your item within 2-3 weeks. If you need it sooner we will be glad to move you up on our schedule if possible. Please feel free to contact me if you have any questions.

I specialize in Bridal Garters, Flower Girl Baskets, Ring Pillows and hair accessories for christenings, weddings, holidays and more. Fabric flower headbands, hair clips, and pins can be made for infants thru adults. Looking for that perfect piece for your flower girl, bridesmaids? Most of my items can be made as a clip, headband or corsage (brooch) at no extra charge. I am so excited to be able to be a part of so many special events in the lives of other people and I never lose sight of the fact that this is your very special day. Thank you for including us in the preparations!

All of my items are handmade by me and take time to complete. Some of my items are not as time intensive so they may ship out more quickly than a piece that I have to hand sew the rosettes and flowers to put the piece together. It may appear that someone else is getting an item more quickly than yours, but again that depends on the time needed to complete the different pieces. I thank you for your patience ( :

HOW TO MEASURE FOR A BRIDAL GARTER

You should be receiving an email from my shop if you make a purchase. if you dont receive it please check your settings in Etsy to see if you will get emails from Etsy. If you dont get one you can look on your purchase receipt to read the Notes from Seller.

SPECIAL REQUESTS
If you send me a message requesting a rush shipment or custom change on an order you MUST include your requests in the 'notes to seller' when you make the purchase. I make your item based on the instructions in the notes to seller. I don't see the messages when we communicate about custom requests or shipment dates. If we agree upon something before you order you MUST put it in the notes to seller. Your order is made from those notes ie; size, color, shipment date.

CUSTOM ORDERS
I do take custom orders so if you need a set of headbands or hair clips for a little girls birthday party, as favors, or bridal head pieces for your wedding party please convo me.
Each item is handmade and may take three to four weeks to be shipped. If you have a time issue please convo me and see if we can have the item ready in time. I do try to make and ship before three weeks but sometimes, that is not possible.


RETURN POLICY
If you are unhappy with your purchase please contact me and I will replace, fix or take a return for your item. My return policy is very flexible as I want my customers to be satisfied. If we agree that you will return the item to me for a refund I will process the refund as soon as I receive the item back minus postage fees.

FEEDBACK
My shop is very important to me and I really strive to give the best service I can. Sometimes unforeseen circumstances such as back ordered supplies cause my shop to deliver late or you may have an issue with the color or size of you merchandise. PLEASE contact me first and I promise you we can correct a problem or you will get a full refund. I would love the opportunity to make it right with you before you leave negative feedback.

Welcome

Our goal is to have customers who are pleased with our products and service. If you have any concerns or questions please convo me so we can do what we can to make your experience with Nana Rose Designs a positive one.

Payment

We accept payment from Direct Pay in Etsy and Paypal. Items will not be shipped until payment in full is received.

Shipping

Shipping method and cost will be determined individually as to your needs. EX--if you need an item in a certain time frame I will do my best to ship it to you in a timely manner, just convo me and let me know your needs ahead of time. Otherwise I will let you know if the item you ordered needs to be made or is on hand and the amt of days I expect it to take before shipping. My goal is a satisfied customer so I will work to fill any order as soon as possible.

Refunds and Exchanges

I will accept returns on items that are damaged or not to your liking for a full refund, less shipping. I will be glad to do an exchange if you want it replaced.

Additional Policies and FAQs

I will gladly take custom orders and we can discuss the details at time of order placement.
SOME ITEMS WILL INCLUDE EMBELLISHMENTS THAT COULD BE HAZARDOUS TO SMALL CHILDREN. PLEASE DO NOT LEAVE A YOUNG CHILD UNATTENDED WHILE WEARING THEM.
