Our goal is to have customers who are pleased with our products and service. If you have any concerns or questions please convo me so we can do what we can to make your experience with Nana Rose Designs a positive one.
We accept payment from Direct Pay in Etsy and Paypal. Items will not be shipped until payment in full is received.
Shipping method and cost will be determined individually as to your needs. EX--if you need an item in a certain time frame I will do my best to ship it to you in a timely manner, just convo me and let me know your needs ahead of time. Otherwise I will let you know if the item you ordered needs to be made or is on hand and the amt of days I expect it to take before shipping. My goal is a satisfied customer so I will work to fill any order as soon as possible.
Refunds and Exchanges
I will accept returns on items that are damaged or not to your liking for a full refund, less shipping. I will be glad to do an exchange if you want it replaced.
Additional Policies and FAQs
I will gladly take custom orders and we can discuss the details at time of order placement.
SOME ITEMS WILL INCLUDE EMBELLISHMENTS THAT COULD BE HAZARDOUS TO SMALL CHILDREN. PLEASE DO NOT LEAVE A YOUNG CHILD UNATTENDED WHILE WEARING THEM.
