To Honor my Mother, I Create Beauty for you!

Hi, my name is Nancie! I learned from my mother growing up the art of silk flower arranging: finding the perfect container, the right colors, the proper shapes, and creating a thing of beauty to elevate the home.

Working in an investment bank for fifteen years, I didn't have much time to practice my skills; but after my mother passed away, it became more and more important to keep her memory alive.

Now, I practice my art for the love of my mother, and for love of the beauty I create. Thank you for letting me share some of it with you!

Shipping
I am so proud of my arrangements and do everything possible to get them to you as quickly and safely as possible. The arrangements are packaged securely in sturdy boxes and insured at cost.

Your order will be shipped out within 3-5 business days after the funds clear the account. Items are typically shipped FedEx Home Delivery within the United States. If you would like your items expedited, please contact me for a quote. I will make every effort to accommodate your request. I will always provide you the tracking number for your order and the carrier's estimated delivery date.

Once the carrier receives the package, I have no further control over it, including delayed delivery, loss or handling errors. In case of damage, please let me know IMMEDIATELY, and supply photos so that I can file a claim with the carrier. In the event of a lost package, let me know and we will work together to file a claim to resolve the issue.
Refunds and Exchanges
I love my customers,and my primary goal is 100% customer satisfaction. If for whatever reason you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact me within 7 business days and we will work out a way to make things right.

Refunds will not be granted on custom orders unless damaged in transit.

If the item was damaged in transit, please let me know IMMEDIATELY and supply photos so that I can file a claim with the carrier. Please keep the original packaging until claim is resolved.
