It all started over fifteen years ago when I started to decorate my home shabby by painting every piece of furniture I could get my hands on white. While I had always enjoyed decorating the home and changing the decor with what was popular at the time, I found myself quickly getting bored of new store-bought items.

So instead, I decided to spend more time searching for unique vintage items. Now I love to bring older items into my home and believe each item can tell a wonderful story. I love that the quality and workmanship of older items will last for years, and often find myself re-purposing items in my own shabby way. To me, the best thing about it all is that it doesn't have to be perfect, and to this day I still get so much enjoyment out of it.

Since I had always wanted to run my own shop and was quickly acquiring an abundance of vintage finds, a very good friend of mine and I decided to start selling in a nearby antique store, and we did quite well. It wasn't long after that all the kids had left the coop, and I decided to give Etsy a try. I loved it!

This all brings me to the story of my nest - or should I say empty nest! My husband and I decided to venture away from Las Vegas, and move to another state. We ended up in N.W. Arkansas, where I now continue to search for those unique and well loved vintage items to sell here in my shop. I love finding an item I know someone somewhere would love to enjoy, and this brings joy to us as well.

I try to add new items daily to keep things fresh and have a quite a bit of inventory. If you are looking for anything in particular, just ask me. And if I don't have what you're looking for I would be happy to keep my eyes open for you. I enjoy going out of my way to make customers happy!
