Announcement   Welcome to my gallery I celebrate the flora and fauna totems of our universe with my hand carved and hand modeled vessels. I've been working in porcelain for many years and it is true that my work is very detailed. I do not use molds or any production methods of any kind in my studio, Each piece is individually thrown and hand sculpted. I like my work to be available to everyone, and so I price accordingly. I so love the making that if you love the buying, we are a good match! Each piece is signed and dated.

A lot of my stuff is in private collections and museums, but as a artist who lives to work and who works to live, I have found Etsy to be a good place to give my public good stuff at a reasonable price.

Want to know more? Visit my website at www.nancyadams.net I recently did an oral history for Brena Smith, an academic librarian, which is now available on my website. If you are interested in what it is like to be a child of the 60s, to grow up in San Francisco and to become a nationally collected clay artist, here's your chance to get the low down on the whole amazing process!

NEW: Facebook page under Nancy Y Adams Clay Artist is now available to you. This page documents my latest work, images of work in progress and general ranch and show information. Your comments and observations are welcome. Please visit me there! but friends forgive me if I am not totally attentive to FB! I would rather ride my horse, and he would rather we went for a long gallop so you guess who wins on this one!

Welcome to my shop on line. I feel that sharing my work like this helps to keep the work affordable. I've always been a independent minded creative person and I like to share my beliefs thru my work. Each piece celebrates the natural world and the creatures in it. Sometimes it is a good idea just to stop and meditate on the way the nature operates, the animals can be our best teachers.
