Announcement    Please note that when possible we will combine multiple items, when ordered
simultaneously, into a single shipment. Any savings in postage costs will be refunded to the buyer. Seller reserves the right to determine when it makes sense to combine items. Some very fragile or large items may be safer (and more economical) to send individually.

We are not responsible for packages that are stolen after delivery.
If you are enrolled in UPS My Choice and have given UPS permission to deliver unsigned for packages there is no recourse if the package is delivered then stolen. With a delivery waiver our insurance becomes meaningless. If package theft is a problem in your neighborhood we strongly recommend you remove this permission from your my choice agreement. We are not responsible for stolen packages once they have been delivered. If package theft is a problem in your neighborhood we suggest that you make arrangements to pick up your packages at an alternative secure location. We only use UPS for larger value packages and require a signature with any UPS packages we send at or above 300 dollars insurance value. .

Please see our shop policies for information about shipping and returns. If you are unhappy with your purchase please send us a convo. Our general policy is to not accept returns, however we will consider returns on a case by case basis.
In the event of any authorized return the buyer is responsible for returning the item to us in the same condition that it was sent and must pay for shipping and take responsibility for packaging properly. Do not return anything to us without first communicating with us about why you wish to return the item.

We take the challenge of packing pottery seriously. Please notify us as soon as possible if there is any shipping damage and we will make it right. We package our pottery defensively so it shouldn't matter if the box is dropped by delivery persons but accidents do happen on rare occasion.
