It's super cute an arrived in a cute little bag! Super adorable :) the knitted bag was kept i a sealed plastic full small paper stars! A really cute touch!

The Wee Rainbow is a brand created by Nay Paul to let people identify and recognize her handmade products. It covers a varied range of handmade accessories, with a special and unique touch. These are created using a combination of various materials such as miniature glass jars, beads, polymer clay, felt, fabric, paper and metal chains and charms.

Made in Scotland by a pair of Mexican hands :o)

Payment
I can also customize my product range, please contact me for more information if you are interested. (All custom orders require to be paid in advance through a custom listing that I will create for you once we agree the specifications of your item)
Shipping
Your packet will be sent via Royal Mail. I will normally post your item(s) the next working day after the payment has been cleared, although, it may take up to two working days during the winter season. Working days are Monday to Friday (excluding days marked as UK holidays).

IMPORTANT:
Overseas shipments may be subject to delays and taxes due to Customs in each country. These situations are beyond my control and I will not be responsible for any charges that may apply for your item.

Delivery times could also be affected during busy periods i.e. Christmas Season and New Year.

I will always request proof of posting from the post office for each packet. Unfortunately, this is not a refund receipt in case the item goes missing (unless your parcel had been sent with recorded delivery).

If you would like your item to be posted recorded delivery instead (and/or insured), please select an upgrade from the options on your shopping cart, before you purchase the item. You will be supplied with a tracking number after your item has been shipped to you, so you can check its location.
Refunds and Exchanges
Items that have never been used can be eligible for a full refund if required, as long as they are returned in the same condition as they were when purchased. For this, the buyer will be responsible of all shipping costs.

If the buyer receives an item that is completely different than the one originally purchased, then I can offer an exchange or refund once the buyer has returned the item unused and in the same condition as it was received. Shipping cost in this instance will be covered by myself.

Due to hygienic reasons, I am unfortunately not able to offer a refund or exchange on earrings.

For a full refund to be granted, I must have received the item(s) back in the conditions already mentioned above, otherwise, only a partial refund may be given instead.

If for any reason your item goes missing during delivery, you will be elegible for a refund if it was sent via recorded delivery. Otherwise, your refund will be subject to Royal Mail awarding compensation for the loss.
