• PICTURE INSTRUCTIONS
Please provide a high quality clear picture with no background distractions for the best results. If the picture does not print clearly we will ask you for an alternate picture.

• OPTION 2
Send us an Etsy message and attach the picture. Etsy changes the file names on pictures attached to Etsy messages so please identify who is who if attaching more than one Agent's picture.
Customer Satisfaction
Your satisfaction is incredibly important, so please contact us prior to leaving feedback if something is not up to your expectations. We will do what we can to make sure you are satisfied with your experience.
Button Facts
Our buttons are printed using a professional color inkjet printer and are covered with durable clear Mylar and individually hand-pressed using a professional button machine. Mylar is water resistant but not water proof. All of our button parts are made in the USA.
Mug Facts
Mugs are top rack dishwasher and microwave safe. We do not use vinyl in our designs. Each mug is hand pressed one by one in our shop using high heat, special inks and special transfer paper for a vibrant, permanent, long lasting image that will not fade, peel or rub off. This means that the ink is infused into the mug and that you can microwave and wash it in the dishwasher and not have to worry about the ink disappearing!
Color Considerations
Colors as seen in your monitor may slightly vary from the actual product. Things like monitor settings, ink cartridges, and even the type of paper used may affect the final result.
Will I receive a proof?
We do not provide a proof, or Mock Up before purchase as a lot of time and care goes into design time. Because we ship out our items very quickly, we do not provide proofs unless requested at time of order. We are able to provide a proof if requested, however your order will be pushed back in production a couple days until we can get that out to you. Once a proof is sent you have 24 hours to approve, or your item will be sent as ordered. We allow 1-2 revisions at no charge, however anything more than that would incur an extra design fee. Proofs are not available at all during our busy holiday seasons.
