All order are ship with Canadian Postal Service.

Due to the extremely high volume of sales at this time of the year (pre-fall / fall / winter) all orders ship within 4 to 6 weeks.

All returns and exchanges must be arranged within seven days of reception of your order. Items must be returned undamaged.

In all cases, the customer needs to pay for postage and the initial shipping cost won't be refund.
