The following is a general guideline for processing and shipping orders. However, see Etsy's delivery estimate for current turnaround times.

PROCESSING: Current processing time is 2-3 business days, plus shipping time as stated below.

SHIPPING: Depending on the mode of delivery you choose, shipping times (in addition to processing time) are as follows:
US First Class Mail (usually 2-6 days in transit*)
US Priority Mail (usually 2-4 days in transit*)
US Express Mail (1-2 day delivery)

*This is an estimate based on the USPS web site. However, they are NOT a guarantee that your item will arrive in that specified time.

I normally do not send out digital proofs. That way I can keep my costs down and the turn-around time fairly fast! Since I take the information as it is typed in the "note to seller" and copy/paste it into my program and then make adjustments for typestyle (all lowercase, all uppercase, etc.), there usually aren't any problems with not sending out proofs.

If you still would like to see a proof, please let me know in the "note to seller" box upon checkout. Please note that this may delay production by a day or two.

You can either let me know the personalization info in the box that appears on the item page (on most devices, this box should appear above the "add to cart" button) or in the "note to seller" box upon checkout. The information you give is then copied and pasted into my program and I make adjustments for typestyle (all lowercase, uppercase, etc.) as it appears in the listing pictures.

Please be on the lookout for your shipping confirmation email that will be sent automatically to your Etsy email address when your package has shipped. You can also check your purchases in Etsy to see when the item has been marked shipped. It will give you the ability to track the package as well.

I want you to be happy with your purchase, so if you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, please let me know and I will do my best to make it right.

A lot of the designs you see in my shop are my own illustrations or modifications of vintage items. Some watercolor items are modifications of another person's artwork paid for and used with permission.

Unless you count the smoke alarm going off now and again, all my products come from a smoke-free, pet-free home.

In most cases, yes. However, some designs do not allow for uppercase letters. If you desire standard upper/lowercase lettering, just let me know in the "add your personalization" box your preferred lettering (specifically stating something to the effect....I'd like the name printed in upper/lowercase letters).
