Absolutely love our new bench cushion! Ruhani was wonderful to work with, walking me through the process and making great recommendations for fabric. We have a very unique shaped space but Ruhani asked all the right questions to ensure a perfect fit. After I explained I had 3 small children, she found a customized fabric that is very stain resistant and will work well in our home. We are using the space as a dining chair and just to relax in the sun. I would highly recommend Ruhani! Extremely satisfied with the communication, customer service and final product!

This cushion cover arrived in the expected amount of time which was 6 weeks. I was VERY disappointed with the quality of the product that I received. To the shop-owners credit, she took full responsibility for the issues and offered to create a second cushion cover in order to honor our agreement. In the end, I requested a full refund which she gave with an explanation but without argument. I'm very pleased with her customer service.

Our window seat is custom built in our house that is not exactly level so we needed a very specific size cushion. Ruhani did a wonderful job making a comfortable cushion that fits perfectly and looks great too! We love it! We were very happy with the entire process! Highly recommend!
