I am Natalia Khon, a jewelry designer who creates stunning handmade silver jewelry with natural gemstones inspired by nature.

I have always loved working with my hands and creating beautiful wearable art. I graduated as a jewelry-technician in 2005 and since then I have been exploring and developing various techniques and styles of jewelry making.

I love silver because it gives me endless opportunities as a metal artist. It is versatile, durable, and hypoallergenic. It can be tarnished, colored, or polished and can sustain a shape or be flexible and dynamic. I use my favorite tool, a saw-frame, to shape intricate and ornamental pieces that best compliment the natural beauty of a woman.

I also love natural gemstones because they add sparkle and color to my jewelry. They are rare and unique, just like my designs. They reflect the beauty and diversity of nature, which is my main source of inspiration. I use watercolors to sketch my designs and give them dimension before I work with metal or wax.

When I work on a new piece of jewelry, I feel that the wings of inspiration are continuously expanding and the channel for ideas is wide open. I enjoy the process of giving life to my ideas and seeing them come to fruition. I also enjoy the satisfaction of making a piece that catches the attention of others and makes them happy.
