I have been looking for a salt pig for a long time and this one caught my eye. Gorgeous colour and is so cute looking in my little kitchen. Beautifully packaged too. I love it. Arrived well within the 5 days.

About

Handmade pots by Natalie Bonney

I graduated from a Studio Ceramics BA (hons) course at Falmouth College of Art (UK) in 2004 and have had a studio in Penryn, Cornwall ever since.

My work has evolved quite a bit since I left uni where I mostly slip-cast in earthenware clay or hand built pieces. I really enjoyed illustrating stories and characters on my pots using form or decals taken from drawings.

I decided to learn to throw after college because I liked the speed, flexibility and organic forms it allowed compared to the relative precision of the slip casting process. I like that each pot is a little record of the time it was made and that each pot might go on to make it's own story. I love hearing about people using my pots as part of their daily rituals.

I love texture and colour and am really influenced like most people by my surroundings. Cornwall has beautiful coastline and semi tropical gardens which I try to reflect through my glazes. I hope to keep evolving new glazes and shapes too. I love process and I find great satisfaction in sharpening my skills and seeing a batch of fresh pots or a new glaze!

Hi!.....Welcome to my shop!
Feel free to browse and generally have a good nose round!
I will be adding new stuff regularly so keep checking back to find out what I've been up to in my little studio!!

Please note that all my items are unique, no 2 are ever the same, so mostly I list every item individually. What you see in the pictures is the actual item you get except for garlic dishes which are very very similar so I use a standard picture!

Shipping
I aim to ship either the same day or next day once payment has been received.

UK items are posted either Royal Mail or via Hermes courier whichever works out the best value for the package size/weight and number of items. If you have a deadline to meet let me know.

All my international pot orders are sent via Royal Mail (Air Mail to the US is 3-5 working days, this is purely a guide and your item may take longer so please allow for this. The Royal Mail has a note on their website about mail to the US regarding heightened security at the postal depots which may cause a delay to some items getting through in the estimated time).

I am not responsible for any taxes or customs due on entry to your country.

If you need any help or advice just ask!! :)
